Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Price
Both Clickfunnels 2.0 and Thrive Cart are designed to help you drive the most sales for your products & info products. To do this, they’ve both built a robust product that includes more than just a basic landing page builder. Both Clickfunnels 2.0 and Thrive Cart are premium products and are priced as such. The Basic plan with Clickfunnels starts at $127/mo with the option to move up to a higher-priced plan if you need to build additional sales funnels. Thrive Cart has a more straightforward pricing strategy, with a single $ 495 lifetime unlimited funnels option. (previously a $95/mo)
Winner: Thrive Cart
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Integrations
Integrations play a huge role in setting up a successful sales funnel. The ability to connect Zapier, your own CRM, payment gateways, and membership portals is an absolute must. Clickfunnels 2.0 now includes basically everything you’d ever need in a single portal, whereas ThriveCart is designed to connect to your pre-existing website and CRM. If you’re starting from scratch Clickfunnels will better option, but if you have your own website and tech stack, Thrive Cart may provide a cheaper alternative.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Automations
Whilst most automations can be configured using a tool like Zapier, the option to avoid paying for another third-party tool is enticing. Clickfunnels can do a large number of automated tasks (like emails) without the need for Zapier or make.com. Unfortunately, Thrive Cart is still slightly behind on this front, and a monthly subscription is required to Zapier/make.com to send data out of the sales funnel builder.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Drag and Drop Editor
The days of coding a website are long gone! Both Clickfunnels and Thrive Cart have industry-leading drag-and-drop functionality, making it incredibly easy to build a high-converting funnel. The big difference between the two software is that Clickfunnels lets you build out an entire website, landing page, and online course with its drag-and-drop editor. Thrive Cart is designed as a landing page/payment gateway to be implemented into your existing tech stack. Both are incredibly easy to use and have a block-based system where you can drop forms, text, videos, and images.

Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: 1-Click Funnel Builder
Russell Bruson originally created Clickfunnels due to the complexity he faced when he coded his first online funnel. The good news is Clickfunnels now has the option to 1-click a number of powerful sales funnels. Need a webinar funnel? Or maybe an online course sale funnel? It’s one click away! Thrive Cart also has a number of powerful pre-built 1-click funnel installs, but Clickfunnels has a slight edge in this category due to its ever-growing template selection.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Number of Funnels
Perhaps the biggest drawback of Clickfunnels is the limitation of only 20 funnels on the Basic plan. If you can see yourself building and selling multiple products, 20 funnels can be used up quickly. On the other hand, Thrive Cart has unlimited funnels for a single one-off payment of $495 (normally $95/mo). If you did decide to create additional funnels, you can move to the Funnel Hacker plan which includes unlimited funnels.
Winner: Thrive Cart
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Included CRM
A powerful CRM to manage your customers, sales, and leads is something every business needs. Even more so for online businesses! The good new is the updated Clickfunnels 2.0 has a robust CRM to help you manage all leads that come through your sales funnel. Thrive Cart relies on Zapier/Make.com to connect new customers to the CRM of your choice.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Affiliate Program Built-in
After you’ve built a funnel, one of the best ways to grow your sales is to work directly with affiliates. Affiliates can promote your products on social media or through networking. Having the ability to easily add an affiliate program into your funnel (without custom coding) is a HUGE bonus. The good news is both Clickfunnels and Thrive Cart have very simple affiliate management systems. This one is too close to call!

Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Support
After you make a decision to pick up a sales funnel builder, you’ll need professional help to implement everything. That’s why after-sales support is such an important category. Both Thrive Cart and Clickfunnels have an excellent track record when it comes to support, however, I have to give the edge here to Clickfunnels because I love online chat support. After you sign up for Clickfunnels, you’ll notice a floating chat widget in your dashboard. This gives you the option to chat directly with an expert who can fix issues as they arise.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Thrive Cart: Analytics & Tracking
As someone who works on sales funnels all day every day, I can tell you firsthand that Analytics are critical to long-term success. The good news is both Clickfunnels and Thrive Cart have expert-level analytics built in to help you manage your funnel and improve your opt-in and conversion rates. Clickfunnels does have it’s own built in Analytics which can help with improving order bump/upsell conversion rates, but I’m calling this one a draw.
