Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Price
Pipeline Pro is one of the only funnel builders I’ve come across that offers a one-time subscription for unlimited funnels for only $37. In comparison, Clickfunnels starts at $127 a month, which puts it in the premium pricing tier. If you’re shopping for a cheaper option to build funnels, this one goes to Pipeline Pro.
Winner: Pipeline Pro
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Integrations
Integrations play a pivotal role in setting up a successful sales funnel. The ability to connect webhooks, your own CRM, payment gateways, and membership portals is an absolute must. Clickfunnels 2.0 now includes basically everything you’d ever need in a single portal, with direct integration to Zapier and Webhooks. Pipeline Pro also includes a rich CRM, and multiple payment gateways but is lacking a direct Zapier integration (without an invitation).
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Automations
Does your business send emails, invoices and reminders? Having the option to automate all of these processes is a massive time saver. Both Clickfunnels & Pipeline Pro have the option to trigger automations based on a user’s interaction with your funnel or website. Pipeline Pro is better suited for small-medium businesses, whereas Clickfunnels is a better fit for high-traffic companies & entrepreneurs.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Drag and Drop Editor
Clickfunnels was the pioneer of drag and drop funnel builders, and their reputation as the gold standard still holds up. After using both Clickfunnels 2.0 and Pipeline Pro for some time now, building a beautiful funnel is now easier than ever. However, the blocks & customization built into the new Clickfunnels 2.0 system is much easier to use than Pipeline Pro and the end result is far more pleasing.
Winner: Clickfunnels 2.0
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: 1-Click Funnel Builder
Clickfunnels has one of the best (if not, the BEST) 1-click funnel installers on the market. If you’re running your first webinar funnel, tripwire funnel, or eCommerce funnel, Clickfunnels is still the best option for 1-click installs. If you have the time, and like the idea of a one-time payment, you can also create an excellent funnel with Pipeline Pro.
Winner: Clickfunnels 2.0
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Number of Funnels
Paying $127 a month for Clickfunnels, with a limitation to only 20 funnels does feel a bit disappointing. If you’re a power user, and selling funnels as a service – Pipeline Pro might be the better option for you. Clickfunnels 2.0 does currently offer a premium tier called the Funnel Hacker which is $208 a month for unlimited funnels.
Winner: Pipeline Pro
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Included CRM
Having the right CRM in your business can make a huge difference to your business’s revenue, sales, and leads. Both Clickfunnels and Pipeline Pro have a dedicated built-in CRM, that showcases the total number of potential sales, and new customers in your pipeline. If you’re a small-medium business with an inbound sales channel, Pipeline Pro is going to be a better option for you. If you run a large online marketing funnel, sell digital products, or work with high-ticket clients – Clickfunnels is the better option.

Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Affiliate Program Built-in
If you’ve been in the digital marketing space for a while, you’ll know that one of the best ways to grow your sales is to work directly with affiliates. Affiliates can promote your products on digital channels or through network marketing. Having the ability to easily add an affiliate program to your funnel is a HUGE win. The good news is both Clickfunnels and Pipeline Pro have very simple affiliate management systems. However, I personally find the setup and integration process easier with Clickfunnels.
Winner: Clickfunnels
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Support
Both Clickfunnels & Pipeline Pro have excellent customer support reputations, with both systems offering email and online chat support. Personally, I hate waiting for an email to be answered so I always opt for the 24/7 chat support. Simply click the support bubble on either software, wait a few minutes, and then you’ll be able to chat directly with an expert. Easy as!
Winner: Draw
Clickfunnels 2.0 vs. Pipeline Pro: Analytics & Tracking
Detailed Analytics make all the difference when it comes to funnel building. As someone who has worked on 50+ funnels, you begin to rely on the data from your dashboard to make important business decisions. I love the Clickfunnels analytics, and how it breaks down each of my upsells and downsells. Whilst Pipeline Pro has it’s own analytics, it’s not as deep as the Clickfunnels metrics.

After spending time with both products, I think Pipeline Pro is the best option for solopreneurs and local businesses. It offers a deep integration with Google reputation and GMB, making it a great choice for services like plumbing and building. Clickfunnels is the better option if you run digital-based sales, courses or eCommerce businesses. It’s also the number 1 choice for Digital Experts and Entrepreneurs.
